A retreat here is work held with care: you’ll be invited to be honest, steady, and willing to feel what you’ve been avoiding.

You’ll rest, yes—but the point is integration: what changes in how you meet stress, relationships, and your own mind when nobody is performing for you.

What actually happens

A sample arc (final schedule adjusts to the group):

Day 1 — Arrive & orient

  • Land the nervous system; name what you’re done repeating
  • Guided inquiry: what’s true vs. what’s familiar

Day 2 — Core work

  • Deep coaching blocks + practices across mental, emotional, and physical layers
  • Enough space to digest—this isn’t a content firehose

Day 3 — Integration

  • Translate insight into a 30–90 day plan you can live
  • Clear next step for support (1:1, packages, or referral—whatever fits)

What you leave with

  • A named pattern you can recognize when it shows up
  • Fewer loops — fewer nights replaying the same argument with yourself
  • A simple plan for the next month (not a fantasy five-year vision)
